ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER of DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
 
Clint Newell Motors has a full-time opening for a motivated individual to help oversee accounting department. 
 
Primary responsibilities will include:
·         Inventory control
·         Recording sales documents
·         Tracking sales dep’t payables and receivables
·         Track manufacturer sales audit requirements
·         Assisting customers with after sale questions
·          Assisting office manager and controller with daily and month-end accounting tasks
·         Some personnel management responsibility and scheduling responsibility    
·         Support all department managers.  
·         Be versed in procedures of all departments as they relate to the accounting office
·           Position reports to office manager and controller
Requirements:
·         Accounting degree or AA highly recommended.
·         Able to work independently
·          Detail oriented will ability to  meet established individual and staff monthly deadlines    
·         Strong customer service skills in both written and spoken communications
·         Knowledge of ADP computerized accounting system or willing to learn all aspects of ADP
Schedule:
·         Monday – Friday   8-5 with occasional weekday or weekend overtime, as necessary
Wage:
·         Anticipated starting wage $14.00 hour, depending on experience.   Potential for advancement
